When a new product hits the aesthetics market, Maria is the one reading the fine print. As Clinical Supervisor, she digs into the dense product inserts and instructions that come with each treatment and boils them down to the safety essentials our providers need to clear patients.
Working alongside her fellow Clinical Supervisor, she brings in the new treatments that best serve our clients, supports the needs of our provider network, and helps the team adjust how they work so every change lands smoothly.
Maria’s path to aesthetics started in acute care, where a first introduction to aesthetic medicine quickly became a passion. Looking back, though, the pull was always there: as a high school graduate she dreamed of plastic surgery. Her move into supervision came from a relentless drive to learn, and she loves keeping pace with an industry where new treatments and new legislation arrive constantly.
Her proudest moment? Mentoring a new provider until they were thriving on their own. Making a real difference in a provider’s skillset is the part of the job she finds most rewarding.
Off the clock, Maria loves trying out different sports with her daughter and cheering her on from the sidelines. Her favorite way to recharge is in the saddle with her horse, Wayne, her pride and joy and a well-known “fur kid” among our providers.

Her natural talent for people operations led her to earn her SHRM-CP certification and become the HR powerhouse who ensures every employee feels supported from day one through their entire journey with the company.
One of her standout accomplishments was spearheading Spakinect’s first-ever in-person company retreat, which was no small feat for a distributed remote workforce where most colleagues had never actually met face-to-face. Watching team members connect and bond in real life after working together virtually was exactly the kind of culture-building magic Amanda lives for.
This former UC Riverside soccer player graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Business Administration degree and still channels that competitive spirit into running along San Diego beaches, hiking and camping, playing soccer and beach volleyball with friends, and spending quality time with her family and her beloved dog, Cleo.
As a Board-Certified Emergency Physician, he expanded his practice into medical aesthetics and integrative medicine in 2014, recognizing the critical connection between emergency care and preventive health optimization.
