Between March and June 2026, our research team evaluated 18 GFE telehealth providers operating in the US Med Spa and aesthetic market. We narrowed that field to seven companies based on verifiable operating history, published compliance infrastructure, and documented service data. Each company was scored against the following weighted factors:
- Provider Employment Model (22%): W-2 employed providers score highest for exam consistency; disclosed independent/licensed networks score in the middle; undisclosed models are scored conservatively.
- Treatment Coverage Breadth (18%): range of services and treatments evaluated per patient visit.
- Industry Experience (15%): years in operation and volume of completed GFEs.
- Average Review Score (15%): third-party rating converted to a 0-10 score (star rating divided by 5, times 10); providers with no verified aggregate rating are scored conservatively.
- EMR Integration Depth (12%): verified platform connections with practice management tools.
- Average Connection Time (10%): Independently measured average time to connect a patient with a provider. Measured sub-1-minute averages score 10; self-reported targets or completion goals under 1 minute score 8; measured times of 1 to 5 minutes score 6; 6+ minutes, broader visit-turnaround windows, or undisclosed times score 4.
- Price Range (8%): Pricing accessibility and transparency. Published per-exam pricing with no contract requirement scores highest; premium and membership-based models score lower by design; providers that do not publish pricing, including consultation-based and quote-on-request models, are scored conservatively at 5.0.
How we scored: Each provider received a rating out of 10 on each of the seven factors, based on publicly available information collected between March and June 2026: company websites, verified review platforms, regulatory filings, and published enforcement records. For Average Review Score, we converted each provider’s verified aggregate star rating to a 0-10 score (rating divided by 5, times 10); providers with no verified third-party rating were scored conservatively at 4.0. For Average Connection Time, we scored each provider on its published average connection time using fixed bands (under 1 minute = 10; 1 to 5 minutes = 6; 6+ minutes, broader visit-turnaround windows, or no published figure = 4), which rewards providers that publish and stand behind a verifiable connection metric. Each factor rating was multiplied by its assigned weight and summed to produce a composite score out of 10, and companies were rank-ordered strictly by that composite. Where a provider does not publish data for a given factor (e.g., employment model or connection time), it was scored conservatively on that factor rather than excluded. Scores reflect our editorial evaluation as of the publication date and may change as providers update their offerings.
Every factor cell below shows the underlying detail followed by its 0-10 rating in parentheses, so the composite score is fully verifiable. The table shows the top performers, with full summaries and supporting data for each.

1. Spakinect, for telehealth GFE compliance at scale
Spakinect has operated in the GFE telehealth space since 2012. The company’s defining structural choice is its W-2 employment model: every provider on the Spakinect platform is a W-2 employee rather than a 1099 contractor. That model delivers more consistent exam quality and fewer scheduling gaps than freelance-based networks. The results are documented: a 100% medical board audit pass rate across 4,500+ active practices, 1.56 million completed GFEs, and an average provider connection time of 31 seconds. A single health screening can cover a wide range of treatments, including injectables, IV hydration, GLP-1, body contouring, and many additional services.
Beyond the exam workflow itself, Spakinect integrates with the EMR platforms most established aesthetic practices already use, including Decoda Health and OptiMantra. Members may unlock significant partner savings through co-branded industry relationships. If your compliance record depends on consistent provider availability and documentation standards that hold up in a medical board audit, the W-2 infrastructure is the specific mechanism that protects it.
- Location: San Diego, CA
- Year Founded: 2012
- Price Range: $$$ (membership + Pay-Per-GFE)
- Average Review Score: 4.9/5.0 (Google Reviews)
- Services Offered: Telehealth GFEs, patient-specific orders, IV hydration clearances, GLP-1 clearances, PSO documentation, EMR integration
Summary of Online Reviews
Spakinect reviews consistently reference “fast connection times,” “reliable compliance documentation,” and “responsive support teams”; a smaller subset of reviewers note that the membership structure requires evaluation for newer single-location practices entering the market.
2. Fresh Clinics, for compliance-integrated Med Spa community platforms
Fresh Clinics operates as a compliance and practice management platform built around a professional community for Med Spa operators. Founded in Australia in 2018 and now expanding its US presence, the company reports 2,000+ supported practices worldwide. Its integrated telehealth component connects patients with licensed providers and is designed to complete GFEs in under a minute. For practices that want GFE access bundled with supplier training, peer networking, and compliance resources, Fresh Clinics offers a broader ecosystem than most standalone GFE providers.
That breadth involves trade-offs. The US-specific provider network is newer, and state-by-state coverage is still expanding. Practices in markets with strict synchronous GFE requirements may find the compliance depth less developed than what a purpose-built US telehealth provider delivers. Fresh Clinics’ US-specific provider employment model details are not publicly available, which limits direct comparison of exam consistency benchmarks against W-2-based alternatives.
- Location: United States (US operations); Sydney, Australia (global HQ)
- Year Founded: 2018
- Price Range: Contact for pricing (membership-based)
- Average Review Score: 4.8/5.0 (Google Reviews)
- Services Offered: Telehealth GFEs, compliance training, supplier access, digital drugbook, practice management community
Summary of Online Reviews
Fresh Clinics earns strong feedback for “community and training resources” and “supplier connections”; US-market reviewers note the GFE depth is still maturing relative to dedicated US telehealth providers with longer domestic operating histories.
3. WeTreat, for mobile-first GFE access and practice launch consulting
WeTreat combines GFE delivery with medical director matching and broader practice launch support. That combination makes it one of the few platforms in this space explicitly targeting new practice owners rather than established operators. Standalone GFEs are priced at $25 per exam with no setup or monthly fees. Consulting plans are available, with Level 4 and above potentially including bundled GFEs, ranging from $1,500 to $3,500 per month depending on service scope. Medical weight loss clearances and hormone therapy prescribing are available through the same app, adding utility for practices running GLP-1 or HRT protocols.
The mobile-first approach may limit EMR integration depth compared to platforms built on dedicated clinical infrastructure. Published testimonials are strong, with clients citing smooth onboarding and well-matched medical directors, though third-party review volume is limited. Operators in Med Spa community forums note that onboarding fees can be a material consideration for solo or early-stage practices, and that per-exam pricing at high daily volume becomes less efficient than a purpose-built membership model.
- Location: United States (national)
- Year Founded: 2017
- Price Range: $25/exam (standalone); $1,500 to $3,500/month (consulting plans with GFEs included)
- Average Review Score: 4.9/5.0 (Google Reviews)
- Services Offered: GFEs, medical director matching, GLP-1 clearances, HRT prescribing, practice launch consulting, compliance support
Summary of Online Reviews
WeTreat client testimonials describe “smooth onboarding,” “well-matched medical directors,” and “responsive support”; operators in Med Spa forums note that high-volume practices may find per-exam pricing and app-based workflows less efficient than a dedicated GFE membership model at scale.
4. Medical Health Covers, for multilingual telehealth access and flexible scheduling
Medical Health Covers offers HIPAA-compliant telehealth GFEs with multilingual support and seven-day-a-week availability. Two features distinguish it from most competitors: multilingual capability reduces patient friction in markets with diverse populations, and weekend access suits practices running Saturday or Sunday appointment schedules. The platform is browser-based with no download required, which reduces friction on the patient intake side of the GFE process.
By its own disclaimer, Medical Health Covers operates solely as an independent technology platform and is not a medical provider; exams are performed by independent licensed professionals connected through the platform rather than by employed staff. Its published state coverage is also narrower than the national networks on this list, no board audit performance data is publicly available, and practices in states outside its ten published markets should confirm availability directly. For practices inside MHC’s covered states that prioritize responsive, well-reviewed GFE access at accessible pricing, it is a credible option still building the compliance track record that its larger competitors have documented.
- Location: United States
- Year Founded: 2022
- Price Range: Not publicly listed
- Average Review Score: 5.0/5.0 (Google Reviews)
- Services Offered: Telehealth GFEs, HIPAA-compliant documentation, multilingual support, video recording, on-demand access
Summary of Online Reviews
Reviewers praise “1 to 2 minute” connection times, “same day” scheduling, and pricing clients call “incredibly affordable”; reviewers consistently credit the platform’s ease of use and a support team that stays “up to date with all required regulations”.
5. TrueEval, for multi-state clinical coverage and medical director placement
TrueEval operates as a licensed medical group rather than a software platform, with board-certified physicians available in its network across all 50 states. Services include full clinical encounters, GFEs, prescribing visits, and medical director placement. That scope makes TrueEval one of the few providers in this comparison that can address the full clinical infrastructure of a multi-location or rapidly expanding practice. The company reports an average clinical visit turnaround under two hours, with both synchronous and asynchronous visit formats available and state-specific clinical protocols in place.
Where TrueEval leads on geographic reach, it trails on operational transparency. Pricing is not published, and the provider employment model is not specified in public-facing materials, which is why it is scored conservatively on that factor. TrueEval’s published speed metric is a clinical-visit turnaround under two hours rather than a sub-minute connection time, so it is scored in the conservative connection-time band. The onboarding process takes 7 to 14 days to match practices with a clinical team, which introduces lead time that on-demand platforms do not. For groups already operating across multiple states that need a single compliance and medical director partner, TrueEval’s 50-state physician footprint is a functional advantage worth evaluating.
- Location: United States (national)
- Year Founded: Not publicly disclosed
- Price Range: Not publicly listed; contact for pricing
- Average Review Score: Not independently verified on major platforms
- Services Offered: GFEs, full clinical encounters, prescribing visits, medical director placement, compliance structuring, telehealth
Summary of Online Reviews
TrueEval has limited publicly available third-party reviews; operator references in industry forums highlight “multi-state coverage” and “medical director network access” as primary draws, with some noting a preference for more pricing transparency upfront.
6. GoodFaithExams.com, for per-exam pricing with no contract commitments
GoodFaithExams.com is a nurse-owned, physician-led nationwide telehealth platform pricing GFEs at $26.99 per exam, with no contracts, subscriptions, onboarding fees, or minimum volume requirements. That structure removes financial commitment risk for practices testing virtual GFE workflows for the first time. Medical Director Dr. Micah Craig oversees clinical standards and provider quality, and the platform reports same-day setup for most clinics. Direct EHR and booking integrations are included, which is a meaningful operational feature at this price point.
The platform’s primary limitation is its operating history. There is no substantial body of independent third-party reviews available to verify exam quality consistency over time. For practices with high daily exam volume, complex multi-treatment menus, or multi-state operations, per-exam pricing at $26.99 may be less cost-efficient than a structured membership at scale. For smaller or newer practices that need compliant GFE access without a financial commitment, GoodFaithExams.com is a reasonable starting point for evaluating telehealth GFE workflows.
- Location: United States (national)
- Year Founded: 2025
- Price Range: $26.99/exam
- Average Review Score: Not independently verified on major platforms; limited review volume as a newer provider
- Services Offered: Telehealth GFEs, virtual evaluations, EHR integration, HIPAA-compliant documentation
Summary of Online Reviews
GoodFaithExams.com has limited independent reviews reflecting its 2025 launch; available coverage emphasizes “affordable per-exam pricing,” “same-day setup,” and “no minimum commitments,” with no significant negative patterns identified in available data.
7. MedSpire Health, for compliance consultation alongside GFE workflows
MedSpire Health approaches GFEs from a consultancy angle, helping aesthetic clinics and telehealth providers build structured patient evaluation workflows rather than connecting practices with on-demand licensed providers in real time. The company coordinates with licensed physicians and advanced practitioners to support compliance documentation across aesthetic and wellness settings. That model suits practices building out their compliance infrastructure from scratch or working through a regulatory review with documentation gaps to address.
For practices that need high-volume, on-demand GFEs with sub-minute provider connection times, MedSpire’s consultancy-first approach introduces more operational friction than a telehealth platform built for same-day clinical throughput. Pricing and provider employment model details are not publicly published, and independent review data is limited. MedSpire is better understood as a compliance support partner than as a direct on-demand GFE delivery platform.
- Location: United States (national)
- Year Founded: 2018
- Price Range: Not publicly listed; consultation-based pricing
- Average Review Score: Not independently verified on major platforms
- Services Offered: GFE process design, licensed physician coordination, telehealth compliance workflows, documentation support
Summary of Online Reviews
MedSpire Health has limited publicly available third-party reviews; its consultancy-first positioning means client feedback primarily exists in private referral channels rather than public review platforms, consistent with its professional services model.
